Mental training is just as important as the physical training we do in order to perform our best. 

THRIVE offers individual mental training sessions for all types of performers including athletes, coaches, musicians, debaters, business people, and corporate leaders. During individual mental training sessions you will focus on building mental skills that will help you thrive in your sport, performance, and in life. Topics may include building confidence, overcoming mistakes, setting goals, managing performance anxiety, maintaining focus, working through an injury, etc. 

Sessions are 60 minutes.

High-performing teams have a great understanding of their values, their goals, how to communicate effectively, and the unique purpose each team member serves.

In team mental training sessions, teams will engage in workshops tailored to their needs and goals. These workshops aim to enhance team cohesion, build mental skills, and ultimately improve a team’s overall performance. Topics may include communication, goal setting, understanding team/individual roles, responding to adversity, building trust, motivation, etc. Areas of focus are chosen based on consultation with team leadership.

THRIVE offers one-time presentations for groups and teams that want to learn more about what mental training is and how it can help them grow. These presentations are created to be informative, motivational, and educational in nature. Consultants will present the group with some of the foundational aspects of mental training, as well as some tools and strategies to help them thrive in their performances and in their lives.

Presentations are a great first step to understanding how mental training can impact performances as individuals and as a collective “team”. These can be designed to be delivered to any size group. Contact us below to learn more.
